As a beef operation, we believe in doing our best to not let any part of the animal be wasted. We see saving the skulls as a sign of respect towards the life of the animal, allowing that cow to live on through the beauty brought by their skull.

All of the skulls sold are professionally cleaned locally before being returned to us. We sell skulls with only the professional cleaning done, as well as occasional offerings of decorated skulls.

To purchase a skull, contact Jim at 410-708-9746. We do not currently offer shipping for skulls. Skulls can be picked up at the farm, the Chestertown Farmers Market, or we can arrange to bring the skull you purchase to an upcoming event the Highland’s are attending!
